Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted within 30 days of product delivery. To qualify for a refund, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Defective or damaged products received upon delivery are also eligible for full refunds or replacements.
Customized, used, or damaged items (due to improper use) are not eligible for refunds.
Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact our customer service team at support@nutribulletusstore.com with your order details and reason for the return. We will provide further instructions for returning the item.
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process the refund to your original payment method. Please allow 3-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider’s processing time.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (such as defective merchandise or incorrect order fulfillment).
Non-Refundable Items
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Any additional accessories or parts included with the blender must be returned along with the main unit to qualify for a full refund.
